The Bezzle Project

Project Highlights

In 2020, this project aimed to demonstrate Arris Composites' ability to create consumer electronics parts that not only meet but exceed SPI class A surface standards on complex 3D surfaces for the first time.

Leading the project as a Sr. R&D Mechanical Engineer, I navigated the complexities of carbon composites materials and innovative manufacturing processes. Overcoming mechanical and process challenges, we produced parts that showcased a seamless blend of aesthetics and mechanical strength and stiffness, capturing the attention of industry leaders and setting a new benchmark for the company.

The Bezzle caught the eye of Jezz Sloan a renowned magazine writer, leading to a featured publication in 2023 that highlighted our innovation and expertise.

Special thanks to Jordan Heart, Justin Church, Joe Wong, and Jalen Mano.
