Tabletop vacuum sealer for medical packaging. Sheet metal, CNC machined parts, electronics, pneumatics, custom and off-the-shelf components. Over 100 parts per unit.

The machine arrived with legacy AutoCAD documentation. Every tolerance was re-evaluated against machining capability and the failures showing up on the production line, then corrected. The full design was rebuilt in SolidWorks, revised, prototyped, and validated before production. About 90% of the custom parts were manufactured in-house.

Production was transferred from Texas to California and the line started right away. An 8-station production line was established with assembly fixtures, incoming and outgoing inspection, and continuous improvement running on the live line.
