I really enjoyed working with Sam. He always had good ideas for new/existing projects, tooling and/or mechanically related. He’s very good at thinking outside the box. I worked with Sam for three years at Arris Composites, occasionally on shared projects. He always brought inventive perspectives that helped to expand design innovations for Arris's challenging, unconventional processes. Highly skilled at CAD, his tooling models were accurate and widely appreciated. We collaborated on several successful projects and one aspect I enjoyed while working with him was his people skills; he was always attentive and an excellent communicator.
